White Papper
Indonesian white pepper is known for its clean, sharp heat and refined aroma. Compared to black pepper, it has a smoother flavor profile with less earthy notes, making it ideal for light-colored sauces, soups, seafood dishes, and processed foods where appearance and balanced spice are important. The peppercorns have a pale cream color with a firm, dense texture that indicates high quality.
Our white pepper typically contains piperine levels of 4–6% and essential oil content of 2–3%, delivering strong pungency and aromatic complexity. Carefully cleaned and sorted, it is processed to maintain low moisture levels (usually below 12%) to ensure stability during storage and international shipment.
