Candlenut is a traditional Southeast Asian ingredient known for its rich, nutty flavor and creamy texture. When ground, it creates a smooth paste that naturally thickens sauces, curries, and spice blends. The mild aroma and subtle oiliness make it a valuable base ingredient in many culinary applications.

Candlenuts contain high natural oil content, typically around 55–65%, contributing to their smooth texture and emulsifying properties. Our candlenuts are selected, dried, and cleaned to ensure consistent size, low moisture content, and minimal impurities suitable for food processing and pharmaceutical industries.
